Can Hex 42.30, west of Arnhem, be moved into/assaulted by Hexes 42.29, 41.30, 41.29. If so, I assume that units may not otherwise move across the river

From hex 42.30, it's possible to move into 41.31, 42.31, 43.31, 43.30 and 42.29.
Cant move into hex 41.30 from 42.30 as you'd have to cross the river. |
