I finally finished reading through the last of the great manuals that come with this game and something occured to me that I wanted to share.
About three years ago I was waiting for a plane in Dallas, Texas and went to the bookstore in the terminal. Sitting outside was an old man signing a book he had written. The book is "All the way to Berlin", by James Megellas. He was a platoon leader in H company, 504 PIR, 82nd Division. He signed the book for me, I read it, enjoyed it, and never gave it a lot of thought until now. He's the most decorated officer in the 82nd and his book is a close up look at H Company from Africa through the end of the war. If your looking for a good first person read of H company during the Waal River crossing (and a good read in general), you should look for this book. If you can't find it, I still have his business card, contact info etc.
