So, I guess if you have a low Dispatch Rating it's a good idea to build up your supply of DP's to at least 4-5 (if you can afford it) to increase the
likelihood of gaining more DP's?

That's one method you can use to try and boost the number of points you receive. You have to balance with with the turns in the scenario, and what spending
points currently could do for you. The management of Dispatch Points and Command Points is very important.

I was surprised at how hard it was to gain DP's with a Dispatch Rating of 2 and no accumulated DP's.
