Just to be certain: If i draw a Formation activation chit and perform actions with those units. Then draw their Divisional Chit, none of those units from the
Formation i just completed actions for are eligible for another set of actions? Similarly, if, later in the turn, i draw the Direct Command Chit, then any
units that took actions through the Formation or Division activation chits may not take further actions?

Not quite. Each time a Unit is activated, it can perform action(s), even if it has already performed an action that turn.
So in theory, a Unit can perform up to 5 actions in a turn. First and second action for a Formation Activation, first and second action for a Division Activation, and the first action for a Direct Command. |
