Who activates independent units (i.e., Leichte Flak, etc.)? Is it any formation that the unit would be 'in-command' from? Only divisional activations?
I can't seem to find it in the rulebook, although I *SWEAR* I've seen it.

Jeff,
Independents only activate during a division activation, direct command (providing they are in command of any leader that can command them), or if the Independent Formation Activation chit is drawn (and you have to spend dispatch points to add it to the mug). In the series rule book, look at the 3rd paragraph of 21.4 and 29.27 |
