First, if a unit fails its TQC on an attempted op fire, is it done for the turn, or can it continue to take TQCs? I assume it can continue to take them but
wanted to make sure.


Second, if I&#39;m reading the Raised road/RR exclusive rules correctly, a vehicle unit can *never* enter a raised road/RR hex unless entering from a connected
road/RR or raised road/RR... is that right? Further, I gather that the opposite holds true. If a vehicle unit is on a raised... ]]>

series rules 17.3).

and Yes, a vehicles can only enter a hex containing a Raised Road/Railroad via the Road (and must be in Column), and can only exit the hex via a Road. Note
though that the Raised Road may be the the start of a road (such as hex 40.31) which is why the Exclusive Rules talk about entering a Raised Road hex via... ]]></description>
